Virginia Giuffre is an American-Australian activist who helps victims of sex trafficking. She was born on August 9, 1983. She is a known and public victim of the sex trafficking ring of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Victims Refuse Silence, a US-based non-profit organization, was founded by Giuffre in 2015. She has been interviewed by many American and British journalists about their alleged human trafficking experiences from Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

Virginia Giuffre was born Virginia Louise Roberts on August 9, 1983 in Sacramento, California, to Sky and Lynn Roberts. When she was four years old, her family moved to Florida. Giuffre has a younger brother named Giuffre. She is said to have grown up in a “restless environment” and has been abused by a close family friend since she was seven. She became a runaway to be fostered.
She lived on the streets at the age of 13 before being exploited by Ron Eppinger, a 65-year-old sex trafficker in Miami. Giuffre lived with Eppinger for about 6 months. At the age of 14 Giuffre met and returned to her father. Her father worked as a maintenance manager at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort and helped Giuffre get a job there.

In 2017, they settled the matter in favor of the attorney for an undisclosed amount.
