The Galaxy S22 processor could impress … a lot!

It’s November, the iPhone 13 is already on the shelves, as is the Google Pixel 6 … So time to take a look at what’s next, namely the new generation of high-end Android smartphones like the Galaxy S22 , Oppo Find X4 Pro and Xiaomi 12 Pro.

All in all, it seems that the processor that will bring the Galaxy S22 range to life, contrary to what has been released, gets pretty powerful. In fact, it will be much more powerful than what very good people thought.

The Galaxy S22 processor could impress … A lot!

So far, it has been expected that the Galaxy S22 series will be based on two different processors again, this time the Exynos 2200 from Samsung itself (with GPU RDNA 2) and of course the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (formerly known as Snapdragon 898), as with all releases.

However, many rumors have pointed to the Galaxy S22 range just be based on the latest high-end processor from Qualcomm. Do you know why? Is that apparently contrary to the latest news now known as Snapdragon 8 Gen1, it will be really very powerful! Possibly more powerful than the Exynos 2200.

After all, after several rumors denigrating Qualcomm’s SoC, the renowned Ice_Universe returned to its Twitter account to say that we will have many and good improvements in the performance of the GPU and of course the energy efficiency of the chip. In other words, the upgrade will be a lot better than expected.

If that is in addition to these really necessary updates, as they point to the weak point of the current Snapdragon 888, we also have a great increase in performance on ISP, IA, etc …

Unfortunately, heat dissipation apparently remains an issue, but Samsung should be perfectly able to come up with a cooling solution that at least mitigates it.

Incidentally, the “leaker” claims that the Exynos 2200 really has to present a monster of a GPU. Of course, if you want to outperform the new Adreno 730 of the Snapdragon 898 (8 Gen1).

Besides, what do you think of all of this? Ready to buy a Galaxy S22 with a Snapdragon processor instead of Exynos? That has not been possible in Europe for a long time! Please let us know what you think in the comments below.
