On this Tuesday, the second day of the technology congress, Jalisco Talent Land Digital 2021, Jalisco Secretary for Innovation, Science and Technology, Alfonso Pompa Padilla, held his vision of the skills of innovative people and the vital importance of improving that quality in the company.

Passion for transformation, inspiration, method and networking

And so Pompa Padilla tells us: “In the DNA of an innovator there is a passion for transformation, inspiration, method and networking”. It indicates that someone who is innovative has normal qualities, it exemplifies that he has deep knowledge in a subject such as essence. A team that seeks to innovate in the scientific or technological field requires an expert with extensive knowledge.

stresses, however, that this is not a guarantee that a person is innovative as a working methodology is very important, especially when it is an organizational task. Pompa Padilla expresses this: “An innovator is a person with a very high coefficient of curiosity “. He recommended that talents always keep their eyes open and be curious in order to really better understand why things work and what properties make them up.

For Pompa Padilla, questioning the status quo is something special for innovative people. They are not satisfied with the way things are, challenge the tried and tested at all times, and develop ideas that have already been developed to meet a specific need.

A good idea is not only enough, says Pompa Padilla, you also have to be able to implement it with energy and hours of work. He emphasizes the importance of creating a network system (network of contacts) that he considers to be a skill that is developed in successful people.

Why is innovation important?

Pompa Padilla started this section of the lecture with the question of why one does not continue to innovate when there is creative and intelligent thinking. There are practical reasons for it, as companies and societies are constantly innovating and thus creating competition.

She emphasizes the importance of finding better solutions to challenges in countries such as: health, the environment, climate change and mobility. For all innovative people who try to eliminate these problems in different areas, the possibility of innovation becomes a motivation.

Further examples of the importance of continuous innovation were given, such as the possibility of building new industries in the future, solving major societal challenges and connecting with the world. He also named Laura Espinosa (fashion industry), Guillermo Tena (social software) and Jorge Ramírez (digital artist) as clear examples of innovative people in Jalisco.

From Jalisco for innovators

Pompa Padilla stated that two organizations were created in the state to bring innovation to every corner of Jalisco at the request of Governor Enrique Alfaro Ramírez. One of them is the Open Innovation Platform with online or virtual courses and training. This was founded in 2020 and was a vital institution during the pandemic.

The second of the programs are the centers of the Network of Innovation Centers and the State Council for Science and Technology, where they work with experts to spread innovations across the country. COECYTJAL has three programs for competitiveness: PROINJAL, FODECIJAL and From Science to Market.

Pompa Padillas invitation

Finally, Pompa Padilla invited all talents to come to these programs to contribute their ideas and develop solutions for society. He thanked Jalisco Talent Land Digital for their support and hoped they would be empowered and new ideas generated.

This time we tell you the story of a man in Brazil who went with his girlfriend to get the COVID-19 vaccine, nothing strange so far, but he generated his visit, met his wife and sister-in-law!

Day in and day out, the Internet provides us with stories worthy of a script that we might see in TV shows, sketches, or even a so-called Sunday movie.

In accordance with Act, the couple was captured at a vaccination center in the city of Bayeux, Paraiba state, Brazil. At first, rumors suggested this had happened in Colombia, but the rumor was quickly denied.

The Brazilian Newspaper ‘G1“He affirmed that the incident occurred on July 20th and, according to the Paraiba State Health Secretary, it was just a 4-person conflict that resulted in physical aggression and wrestling style, with chairs blown up blown up.

Field battle and “happy ending” in the vaccination center

The viral video, which has been shared several times, honors how one of the women throws a chair at another who, without thinking, reacts in the same way and ignites an open fight; while the man and fourth person, wearing a blue blouse, fight to one side as she falls to the ground.

Things got serious when the three women started pulling their hair, and as the discussion grew, the man tried to part them until he accomplished his mission. Special mention for the nurses present, who stood stoically and did their duty, protecting the consumables for the vaccination and dosing all 4 people involved in the fight.

Two women, one vaccine: he goes vaccinating with his girlfriend and gets to know his wife!

After starring in this incident, they will surely think hard before trying another bad move; It is not known if the couple ended the relationship or if the couple will stay together, but we do know the 4 were vaccinated, fulfilled their responsibilities and (mostly) made the best decision.
