CEO, Rehoboth Property International (RPI), Sanmi Adegoke is the first black recipient of the Property Awards Entrepreneur of the Year Award that he received at this year’s awards ceremony at the Intercontinental at the O2, London.
The real estate week is one of the biggest real estate weeksin the UK and this award category is the highest in the real estate industry. Celebrating the ceremony’s 25th anniversary and Sanmi as one of the first black recipients of this award speaks volumes about the milestones he has reached over the years.
Over the years, Sanmi has demonstrated its unique entrepreneurial flair, vision and innovation to the business and real estate world in the UK commercial real estate scene. Legacy is at the core of Sanmi’s ethos and he is a firm believer in creating an ecosystem for black businesses. Commenting on his thoughts on receiving the award, he said:
“As a company, we are familiar with the barriers of ethnic minorities and the importance of representation. That is why we are committed to ensuring a level playing field for everyone in our stores. If I can, you can. As a person thinks in his heart, so if you can think it, he certainly can be ”.

The Hill Hub is an award-winning private office and co-working space that was converted from an old police station in Dartford. Completed during the pandemic and despite several obstacles in the process, Sanmi and the RPI team insisted on obtaining and completing the building permit. The Hill Hub is the result of hard work, work and tEnacity that can be seen at Sanmi and the RPI team.
2020/2021 was an incredible but unprecedented year for Sanmi and the team at Rehoboth Property International (RPI). At the height of the pandemic, they managed to complete an amazing development, closing deals across the UK and adding to the black property tale.
Marked on how BBC, Real estate week, The times & The Voice magazine; Participation in various panels at this year’s UK Black Business Show and cooperation with top global investors from the diaspora are the only way for Sanmi and RPIs to work in the industry in countless ways.
