OnePlus 10: Did we “steal” any inspiration from Samsung here?

Well-known @OnLeaks has just shared the likely final design of the OnePlus 10 Pro, which honestly seems more like a Galaxy S than a OnePlus smartphone.

OnePlus 10: Did we “steal” any inspiration from Samsung here?

So we’ve already “leaked” two images of the device, but in the past few hours, the entire design of OnePlus’ new high-end smartphone has been leaked.

So on the front we have a device extremely similar to the OnePlus 9 Pro, with a curved screen, reduced edges, and a camera hidden in a small hole in the upper left corner. In the back, however, we have a Galaxy S21 with a few changes. After all, the design of the rear view camera module seems to be taken from the “old” S21 Ultra, which was released earlier this year. Of course, it’s not 100% the same, but there’s no denying that we have some inspiration here that comes from the current top of the Samsung range.

In addition, we also have the Hasselblad logo on the back, right next to the sensors, which of course means that the partnership is still very much alive and OnePlus remains very committed to the world of digital image capture.

After all, this smartphone is slated to hit the market sometime in the first quarter of 2021. Unless the semiconductor crisis does its thing … There are also some rumors that speak of a start in May or June. We’ll have to wait and see what comes out of here. At least the “most important” manufacturers in the Android world like Samsung, Xiaomi and Oppo seem ready to launch some new logos in the first three months of the year.

Besides, what do you think of all of this? Let us know your thoughts on the design in the comments section below.
