Marcus Freeman (born January 10, 1986) is an American football coach and former linebacker for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. He is currently the club’s defensive coordinator. The Chicago Bears selected him in the fifth round of the 2009 NFL Draft. In college he was a member of the Ohio State football team. Freeman has also played for the Buffalo Bills and Houston Texans in the NFL.
