Sam Frost announced in an open post on Instagram Stories on Wednesday that she was suffering from “fear-induced weight loss”.

The 32-year-old home and away actress also shared tips on how to regain your appetite and revealed what works for her.

It comes after Sam was beaten up last month for posting an emotional video on Instagram revealing it she was not vaccinated.

The former Bachelorette said her mental health suffered from being “judged” by other people.

“It’s a really tough time being in society right now and you feel like you are less of a person and you feel like people are judging you,” she said in the video.

At the time, Channel Seven supported Sam’s decision not to get vaccinated and insisted that she follow the network’s COVID security protocols.
