As you may know, GTA Trilogy is already a reality in the marketplace and has been rolled out for PS4, Xbox One, PS5, Xbox Series S / X, PC, and even the Nintendo Switch hybrid console.
But even on next-gen consoles, something seems to have gone wrong during development … In the end, the remastered “package” of games worked shamefully. What prompts many players, who of course had doubts due to the excessive introductory price, decided not to buy.
Anyway … what happened?
GTA Trilogy has a disgraceful performance! Also on PS5
As you may know, GTA Trilogy is something of a mini HD remaster for GTA III, GTA Vice City, and even GTA San Andreas! Three games that belong to the childhood of very good people and as such, according to Rockstar Games, deserve a resurgence on next-gen platforms. By the way, this is all a kind of market test, as the introduction of a remaster of GTA IV in 2023 is also being examined after GTA V ‘Next-Gen’ is released sometime in 2022. In other words, we will have one remaster per year until GTA VI releases in 2024.
Interestingly enough, this “package” of games will also reach smartphones with the Android and iOS operating systems sometime in 2022. But from what we’ve seen so far, there is still a lot to be done to make this “project” worthy of the price the studio charges. Is that with more or less 20 years these games pose serious problems in performance and even stability. (See the video above)
