The 56-year-old star judge looked amazing in the shot he shared with his 142,000 followers – after his fourth weight loss.
The star wore only a pair of loose fitting shorts and posted two pictures that emphasized his muscular body.

The star was shirtless when he yelled at the camera while holding a red rag and captioned the picture, “No matter how old you are, no matter how tall, I can help you lose weight and be the person that you deserve – take care @showmefit “.

“It went around a couple of McDonald’s drive-ins, it stopped at a couple of kebab shops, and hit more pubs than it should have, but it got there.”
After her dramatic weight loss, the star decided to use her own experiences to help others and started a website.
