Google Pixel 5a is FCC certified and should be available in three different models

Published

on

The Google Pixel 5a was just spotted in a certification from the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) – an American agency equivalent to Anatel. The document was seen on Thursday (8) and the information shows that the next generation will be released with three different variants.

The FCC document describes registration details for three cell phones identified by the model numbers G4S1M, GR0M2, and G1F8F. The latter is the first time it’s leaked, but according to XDA Developers, it should have the same hardware specs as the other two flavors.

Unfortunately, the FCC registration does not reveal many features of the devices. In fact, it only describes how they have NFC and Bluetooth LE connections, a standard 3.5mm headphone jack, and support for sub-6GHz 5G networks.

Anyway, based on previous rumors, we already know that the Pixel 5a will have the same cameras as the Pixel 4a 5G and Pixel 5, which means that if the information is correct, the next Google phone will be two 12.2 MP and We have 16 MP rear lenses and an 8 MP selfie sensor. As for looks, the same leak suggests the cell will inherit the Pixel 4a 5G design.

Pixel 5a doesn’t have an official forecast yet, but traditionally, Google is hosting an event, Made By Google, in October to update its hardware line.

According to the brand itself, its debut in the United States and Japan is guaranteed. As in other countries and regions, Mountain View did not rule out the possibility of a launch, but the crises in the chipset supply could hamper expansion.
