Corsair is one of the biggest names in the PC world and can offer SSDs, RAM, keyboards, mice, chairs, coolers, etc. All products of undeniable quality. But … a console?
Corsair wants to enter the world of video games !? Rival against Steam Deck?
According to new information, Corsair is working on a new product called “Xenomorph”, which we do not yet know exactly what it is or what format it will be, but it is more than obvious that it is a portable console or a gaming focused laptop with a screen that can reach 2560 x 1600 resolution, and apparently everything will be based on an AMD Ryzen 6000 “Rembrandt” SoC.
In case you didn’t know, the new AMD Ryzen 6000 has the new Zen 3+ architecture as well as the always desired RDNA 2 graphics architecture, another dedicated RDNA 2 card in the system.
In short, it’s all really very interesting! Will it be a competing console to the Steam Deck? Or a gaming laptop with an innovative design? A device based on a flip screen? Or a simple tablet? We have no idea!
