Want a PlayStation 5? You have bad luck! There isn’t! Ok… Will you go for PS4 to play God of War Ragnarok, Gran Turismo 7 and Horizon Forbidden West in 2022? You’re out of luck… neither!
Buying a PS4 is just as (or more difficult) than buying a PS5
It is very likely that for the last few years you have been desperately looking for a new generation console in physical stores or online. Almost always unlucky as the stock levels are still a disgrace even after more than a year since the initial release. Well, even if you want a PlayStation 4 to “get away with it,” apparently you’re still going to have bad luck.
There is also nothing to see from the “old” Sony console. Which is strange since the Japanese giant continues to actively produce the console.
Yes, the PlayStation 4 is still being produced and shipped to stores, but for some reason finding a version of the old console online or physically is virtually impossible. Go to Google and try to find a PS4 for less than €850! Come on… I hope! It’s just crazy!
BTW, even sold out, if you can find a PS4 Slim anywhere, you can find it at €299, which is the introductory price, or maybe even more expensive. Likewise, the PlayStation 5 is not sold at the original introductory price (€499), but almost always around €800.
Interestingly, the big stores on national soil, such as wordsthey even started redemptions on the PS4 where they pay up to €200. Will there be a move to later resell them around the time of Gran Turismo 7, God of War Ragnarok and Horizon Forbidden West?
