AMD responded with lower prices leak

With the recently released Core 12000 (Alder Lake-S), the first really interesting line of processors in recent times, Intel has finally been able to set foot on what AMD has done.

A very interesting release, because those responsible for the Ryzen processors do not have much response to the rivals for the time being (the Ryzen 6000 comes in January / February)… well … more or less! It’s just that AMD decided to lower the prices of its current range of products!

Ryzen 5000 vs Core 12000: AMD responded with lower prices

vs core

With positive reviews everywhere, Intel is now in an excellent position to recapture some of the lost market share. However, anyone who thinks that AMD will watch the rival ascend his old throne is wrong.

After all, price reductions are gradually being seen for several Ryzen 5000 processors such as the Ryzen 7 5800X, which can already be found around 300 euros in some regions.

In addition, we also have stores with a € 100 discount on the Ryzen 9 5950X, as well as a less attractive but still interesting € 30 to 40 discount on the Ryzen 5 5600X.

Unfortunately, this price reduction is not yet taking place in all stores.

But when the Intel Core 12000 hits the shelves, especially in the lower areas where we find the i5-12400F, and with that, AMD is starting to feel some weight at the top. It is very likely that prices will drop a little everywhere.

Besides, what do you think of all of this? Interested in a discounted Ryzen 5000? Or do you prefer an Intel Core 12000? Or rather … wait until next year to see how prices go and of course what the new Ryzen 6000 is worth? Please let us know what you think in the comments below.
